By accessing and using the Byzentine website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Byzentine provides the following services:

  • Music Streaming: Access to original music and multimedia content
  • Online Store: Physical and digital products (print-on-demand)
  • Event Bookings: Booking system for live shows and private events
  • Digital Downloads: Downloadable digital content (music, press kits)

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Print-on-Demand Products

Physical products (apparel, accessories) are manufactured on-demand. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5-15 business days).

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through PayPal. Byzentine does not store credit card information.

3.3 Refund Policy

  • Physical products: Full refund for manufacturing defects (within 30 days)
  • Digital products: Non-refundable after download
  • Booking services: Cancellation with 48h notice for full refund

4. Intellectual Property

All Site content (music, designs, text, images) is property of Te Voy a Decir Algo, S.R.L. (Byzentine brand) or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express permission is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Not use the Site for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas or damage infrastructure
  • Not copy, distribute, or commercialize protected content without permission
  • Not perform spam or unsolicited mass mailings

6. Bookings and Events

6.1 Booking Process

Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation. The contract is not binding until you receive written confirmation.

6.2 Cancellations

  • More than 30 days notice: Full refund
  • 15-30 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days: Non-refundable (except force majeure)

7. Limitation of Liability

Byzentine is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by third parties shipping services)
  • Indirect damages or losses arising from Site use
  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
  • Third-party content linked from the Site

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Data Privacy

Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to data processing as described.

9. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email to registered users. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
