Byzentine is Vicente Arenillas, DJ, selector and sound engineer based in Ibiza. Slowly-built melodic techno, dense-textured electronics. Technically trained in London, with residencies in Quito and Ibiza. Dual artistic and technical perspective: SPL control, room acoustics, system management. Since 2026, one name. One sonic direction.

Byzentine is the artistic project of Vicente Arenillas: DJ, selector and sound engineer based in Ibiza. His sound traces a trajectory of precision — slowly-built melodic techno, dense-textured electronics that breathe. Technically trained in London (Point Blanc School) and refined through weekly residencies in Quito (We Love Mondays, Dirty Sanchez), since 2019 he operates in Ibiza with an uncommon dual perspective: the artist who constructs the emotional arc of the set, and the engineer who reads SPL, room acoustics and sound system behaviour. Specialized in contexts of high aesthetic demand — sunsets, after-sunsets, dinner sessions and high-level clubbing — Byzentine does not compete with the space. He inhabits it. Since 2026, one name. One sonic direction.

Technical Rider

Byzentine operates in three configurations. All require Pioneer RMX-1000 on the mixer Send/Return. Traktor and DJ software are not accepted.
